1: Are you a manufacturer or just a middleman?
We are pure manufacturer. Our head office is located in Xiamen . And our branches are distribute in Dehua , Xianyou and Jiangxi’s Lichuan.
2: How to place an order?
a: If you find a fond product and want to buy it , pls click the "Place to Cart" for place to Temp.Cart,you also can modify the Qty in Temp.Cart many times until finish shopping. then you fill in your contact information and submit Temp.Cart. That you have finished to place an order.
b: We will reply for you within 12 hours,We will email you the total cost and related information of the shipment& payment.
c: Note, because the Cart is temporary, so if you are not doing anything during the placeing order, the Temporary Cart will be cleared.
d: Another way , you also can send mail or talk with our sales representatives by MSN about your special demand.and Item NO. Our sales also can help you make a order .
e: When you confirmed the order ,pls arrange the time to do the payment as soon as possible. And let us know your payment method and date . We will start the production immediately once the payment reaches us.
f: We will let you know updated of the process. When the products are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email to you for approval.
g: The shipment will be made on the basis that you are satisfied with all the products. Once the products are shipped, our sales representative will send you a tracking number to help you track the delivery. Normally, it would take around 3-5 working days in transit by express mail service.

4: Do you have a Minimum of Quantity?
No, we do not have a MOQ for products. Any quantity is welcome but great discount is provided only to wholesale or regular purchase. we encourage customers to buy more. Many of our existing customers kept coming to us after their first visit and more and more discount was given.
5: Do you offer additional discount if I order in bulk from you?
Because the products are done by our own factory ,and only sell in internet directly . that help both of us save much broker cost .If you a wholesaler or you are order in bulk , pls email us your company information , monthly order quantiy and other requirement , then we will offer a attractive and competitive price for you.
6: What is your guaranteed on the purchase?
Firstly, the purchase through ornamentagency.com is absolutely risk free. Customers` 100% satisfaction is guaranteed by our refund policy. Before shipping, once the products are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email to you for approval. If it was not be approved, we will revise or redo until it is be accepted.If you are not satisfied when you get the products, you must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the artwork, let us know why and where you are not satisfactory(to help us improve in the following orders). After our check, you may send it back for us for a full refund (minus cost of return shipping) or keep it for your next order cost. 7: What if my products arrives damaged?
In this case, we will redo the products immediately for you. And let your local carrier provide a damage report for us. Then we will get compensation from our local carrier. or if you get compensation from your local carrier, pls send the compensation to us soon.
8: What if I am looking for a special products that does not show in your catalog?
Pls email the pictures and your requirement for us , then we will try to find or produce for you . We provided any kind of commission.
9: Can you produce other size which was not list on your website?
Usually we offered size is our own having , the unit is centimeter. But we also can do any other size to meet your need . Pls contact with us about the details .

11: How long does it take to process orders?
For a small order, it will be shipped within 1-3 weeks after receiving your payment. For a bigger order, it is within 4-5 weeks. If some products we have stocked, it will be shipped immediately. Our sales representative will confirm the delivery date by emailing to you.
12: How do you ship the products?
We will arrange the best and cheap shipment method for you. We provided the following shipment method :
Express mail service ( Such as :TNT,UPS,FEDEX,DHL,EMS,China Express) .but usually for small volume orders. Normally, air shipment requirement at least 50kg .Sea shipment required at least 100kg or 1 cubic meter.
13: How can I pay my order?
We accept payment by Wire transfer(T/T),Western Union,Credit Card and Paypal transfer. After you chosen products well , our sales representative will confirm the total cost , payment method and other details with you .
